Subject	What are these 2 hoses?

Message	Could someone please tell me what these 2 hoses are?...This is on a '91 NA. I'm about to do my first plenum pull and decided to do the water line bypass and EGR removal. Well I see that both these lines go under the driver's side Throttle Body. I'm guessing the hose my index finger is touching is the vacuum line that will go from the Carbon Canister to a line on the Balance Tube?? ...but not really sure what the hose my pinky finger is touching is for??...and if it's elimated or what during the bypass/removal??
